Geographical Tester Listing Using the map below, click on the region in which you need a contract backflow technician and you will be presented with a list of contract testers for that region. This service is being provided to the citizens of Colorado by the Backflow Prevention Education Council of Colorado to assist in finding a backflow technician in your area. The listings provided do not imply that BPECC is endorsing any specific tester or company, only that those listed have submitted information to be listed here, and that they are available to test in those regions. As with any business transaction, ask questions, get pricing estimates, confirm that a tester meets your criteria for a provided service and that they can come to your specific location. In addition, some water districts have specific requirements in order to test different types of backflow preventers, for example, a fire protection system device might require special education or training from a tester. Consider contacting your water district for further information. The Colorado Backflow Prevention Association (CBPA) has a listing of cross-connection water purveyor contacts listed here.
